10 minutes working on pull ups and ring dips whether it’s reducing bands or weighted.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 18 minutes:
400 meter run
10 pull ups
5 ring dips
Rx+ is chest to bar and ring muscle ups.
If that is a bit much do Rx but do it strict.
