First five minutes are for the brief.
The last five minutes are for the cool down.

Warm-up

20 minutes to get the heart rate up and get stretched out.

Weightlifting

Today we will work skills and drills.

First is a foot work drill from extension to a split or squat stance for the jerk.

Second will be a jerk from full extension to either split or squat stance.

Third will be a press from bottom of split jerk.

Each drill will last for 10 minutes.
