Complete each round in 2:00-4:00
Maintain consistent split times across all rounds.
Start by scaling back the volume if you take longer than 4:00 per round.
Complete the squats and sit-ups in larger sets while maintaining a consistent pace.


On a 6:00 Clock:

5 kip swings

2 wall walks

5 deck squats (sit-up + air squat)

Wod Prep

3-5 sets:

5 reps of each movement or scaled variation

Barbara (Time)

Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
mod, reduce reps to 10-20-30-40

Cool Down

3 sets:

10 A-T-Y drill

10 wall slides
