Warm-up
Spend 15 minutes on wall ball shots. Focus on front squat/thruster form mindset, don’t let your arms/chest drop as you squat. Hit above your 10 ft target every time and cycle your arms through to give your shoulders a break. Pick a number like 10 or 20 and do those reps unbroken several times over the 15 minutes with perfect form.
