L-sits 20 on 10 off, going for 90 degrees again.

Inversions, or stabilizing weight OH

Planks, levels of difficulty while maintaining good plank position

Stretch both upper and lower body

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds of:

20 front squat 95/135

7 muscle ups

Rx+ 135/185, strict MU’s
