Snatch (25 minutes working up to 75% of a known 1RM)

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

Complete 100 reps each, how ever you want of:

KB swing (half or Russian)

push ups

in AFSAP (as few sets as possible) score is number of sets


Rx+ 1/1.5

Post time to notes
1st round is KBS, 2nd round is PU’s, put sets in for reps. If you switch movements it is a set (break), if you rest more than 30 seconds it is a set (break).
