Oh yea, after the group warm up practice dumping the weight in the OHS.

Overhead Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

Metcon (Time)

Rx+ 150 burpees to 6 inch target

Rx 100 burpees to 6 inch target

scaled 75 burpees
Don’t take the easy out today. You know if you should be doing Rx+ or Rx or scaled.
