Run for 30 minutes.

Every 5 minutes preform 20 reps of:

1st stop push ups

2nd stop air squats

3rd stop sit ups

4th stop burpees

5th stop single leg squats.

Start with run and finish with run at 30 minutes.
Score is how far you ran in meters.
