4 quarters with a partner:

20 yard sprint

20 push ups

20 yard sprint

20 sit ups

20 yard sprint

20 mountain climbers

20 yard sprint

20 V ups

20 yard sprint

20 burpees

sprint on track back to start, last round ends on the sprint back.
1 person sprints then does work, once done with reps partner sprints and completes work. At the opposite end zone when 2nd partner completes reps both sprint back to start together.
