During min 1-6 each round:

Rx 4 Rope climbs per pair

Rx+ 4 Pegboards per pair

Rx 8 Tire Flips Per Pair (Light-Medium)

Rx+ (Heavy-ish)

The tire is flipped with the aid of your partner.

AMRAP Double-unders

The goal today is quality climbs and quality double-under sets (or scalings therein).

Scale as needed to target 2-3 minutes of double-under work each round.
